My name is Peter Lane and I'm a destination wedding photographer operating mainly in London, Barcelona, Moscow as well as the rest of the world like US, South Africa, Costa Rica, Mexico, Maldivian Islands, Cuba, Eastern and Wester Europe, etc. Always ready to capture your precious moments in any place and any conditions.

My professional experience for the last 6 years in the glamour photography taught me to discover the glamour in every bride and to record her special day the most glorious way, using photo journalism, portraiture, candid shooting, macro and fashion in my wedding photography. All that styles combined together for more diversity and story telling.

One day I realised that to be a wedding photographer is what I was born to and since then I give all my efforts and heart into it. Wedding photography changed my whole attitude to the photography because as a professional artist I meet there all different photography styles and genres. Photo manipulation, beauty retouching, photo album design and all that together creates a fine-art product and happy faces.

I love to shoot people in their happiness. I love to capture their emotions and enhance them by different techniques of photo manipulation. As a wedding photographer I don't offer a point and shot mirror of the day but an entrance into an imaginary world, a digital fairy tale. Long years of retouching work taught me to discover the beauty in every image and enhance it in an extraordinary way. I retouch all wedding photos that come into the photo album and enhance all the rest for perfect print and screen viewing.

Wedding photographer is more devotion than profession, it's like to be doctor or pastor. He is responsible for long long planned, dreamed and waited event and he needs only high-end equipment to back up that event. The wedding photographer is the keeper of the day, the keeper of the memories, the glory, the beauty and the glamour.

My destination wedding photography is a devotion and my heart beats together with the hearts of the bride and the groom. That's a requirement for successful wedding photos.

In photography everything is about beauty and I don't classify it. I like to find fashion and glamour in the bride, I like to take "Trash the dress" into a boudoir scenes, to shoot mother nature as a background on a nicely curved women's body or a bracelet close up on a gentle female wrist ... the mix of genres is endless.

My clients like to see themselves in extraordinary way, more enhanced, dreamy, sexy, vintage ... where retouching and photo manipulation comes in help. That's why my site is divided in two main sections: photography and retouching.
