1. Professional Respect

We are committed to creating an exceptional and collaborative experience. In return, we ask that clients:

  • Treat all members of our team with courtesy and respect.

  • Avoid rude, judgmental, or discriminatory comments, including remarks regarding ethnicity, accent, gender, or background.

  • Refrain from giving personal instructions or orders to team members – communication will be managed professionally and with clarity.

2. Communication Etiquette

  • We kindly request that communication be conducted via email, which allows us to provide the most organized and professional service.

  • Contact outside of our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm) should be avoided, except in genuine emergencies.

  • Messaging or calling on weekends is not accepted unless pre-arranged.

 

3. Dispute Resolution

  • Should any concerns arise, we ask that you communicate them directly and respectfully with Peter Lane Studios Ltd. before taking any further steps. We are committed to resolving issues constructively and discreetly.

  • The public airing of grievances – whether online, via social media, or elsewhere – without giving us the opportunity to resolve matters privately is considered a breach of our agreement.

  • Our services and pricing are tailored individually for each client. You agree not to share quotes, invoices, or price lists with others, as they may not reflect someone else’s brief or requirements.

  • Private correspondence, including emails, chats, and behind-the-scenes exchanges, must not be shared publicly or forwarded to third parties without explicit written permission.

  • All intellectual property (photos, videos, drafts, etc.) remains the property of Peter Lane Studios Ltd. until fully released under agreed licensing terms.

 

5. Reputation & Online Conduct

  • By working with us, you agree not to post false information, defamatory content, or misleading impressions about Peter Lane Studios Ltd. online or in any forum.

  • We value constructive feedback and welcome it in the appropriate private channels. However, malicious reviews, coordinated campaigns, or sharing incomplete context publicly will be treated as reputational harm.

  • Any breach may result in legal action to protect our team and brand.

Associate Photographers/Videographers and Assistants

As an associate or second shooter representing Peter Lane Studios, you are a direct extension of our brand. Wedding guests, clients, and their families will view you as part of Peter Lane Studios, regardless of your individual identity. Any unprofessional conduct will reflect not on you personally, but on the reputation of Peter Lane Studios.

By accepting this role, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright

    All image and video copyrights remain the sole property of Peter Lane Studios.

    • You may present your work from our weddings to prospective clients only via personal, offline portfolios(e.g. on your device).

    • Online use—including websites, social media, or any public platform—is strictly prohibited without written permission from Peter Lane Studios.

     

  2. Social Media Conduct

    • If tagging yourself during a shoot, you must clearly tag Peter Lane Studios.

      Example: “Shooting a wedding with Peter Lane Studios at The Ritz.”

     

  3. Publishing Restrictions

    • You may not share any images or footage online or on social media without explicit permission from both Peter Lane Studios and the client.

    • Client permission must be requested via Peter Lane Studios only, never directly from the client.

     

  4. Client Interaction

    • You are not permitted to add the bride, groom, or any guests on social media.

    • You are prohibited from promoting your own name, brand, or services.

    • Handing out business cards or personal social media details is not allowed.

     

  5. Dress Code

    • Dress code is strict and non-negotiable.

    • Always confirm the dress code in advance.

    • Acceptable attire: smart black or dark blue.

    • Jeans, trainers/sneakers, or casual wear are not permitted.

     

  6. Responsibility for Work

    • You are fully responsible for all footage or images captured during your assignment.

     

  7. Insurance

    • Valid professional insurance is mandatory.

     

  8. Legal Eligibility

    • You may not apply if you have a criminal record.

     

  9. Cultural Sensitivity

    • Respect for all cultures, religions, and traditions is required at all times.

     

  10. Punctuality

    • Arriving on time is essential. We always arrive at least 20 minutes early to familiarise ourselves with the location and introduce ourselves to key people.

     

  11. Professional Appearance & Attitude

    • Always arrive well-groomed, fresh, and with a positive attitude.

    • Regardless of personal circumstances, professionalism is expected—clients are celebrating and should only see your best.

     

 

Agents Representing Peter Lane Studios

By entering into collaboration with Peter Lane Studios, the Agent agrees to uphold the brand’s reputation, maintain transparency in all dealings, and adhere to the following terms:

1. Brand Representation

  • The Agent is representing Peter Lane Studios, not an individual photographer.

  • All communication with clients must reflect the tone, values, and level of service associated with a luxury brand.

  • The Agent may not rebrand, repackage, or alter Peter Lane Studios’ services without written permission.

2. Client Communication

  • All quotes, service descriptions, and promises made to clients must be pre-approved by Peter Lane Studios.

  • The Agent must never guarantee availability or make pricing decisions independently.

  • Communication should be professional, prompt, and documented for transparency.

3. Booking & Deposits

  • The Agent may assist in securing client bookings, but contracts and payments must go through Peter Lane Studios directly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Any commission or agent fee must be pre-agreed and documented.

4. Confidentiality

  • The Agent agrees to keep all client details, pricing structures, and internal processes strictly confidential.

  • Client data must never be shared or used for unrelated personal or business purposes.

5. Marketing Materials

  • The Agent must use official marketing materials and language provided by Peter Lane Studios.

  • Any promotional content created independently must be submitted for approval before publication.

6. Territory & Exclusivity

  • The Agent may operate in the territories or markets assigned to them. Any exclusive arrangement must be agreed upon in writing.

  • The Agent must disclose if they represent other photographers or studios, particularly those offering luxury services, to avoid conflict of interest.

7. Conduct & Professionalism

  • At all times, the Agent must act in a way that reflects the high standards of Peter Lane Studios.

  • Any behaviour, language, or business practice that could damage the studio’s reputation is grounds for immediate termination of the relationship.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the relationship with 14 days’ written notice.

  • In the event of misconduct or breach of these terms, termination may be immediate.

  • Any outstanding commissions will be honoured only for fully completed and paid bookings.

9. Legal & Financial Responsibility

  • The Agent is not an employee of Peter Lane Studios and is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business compliance.

  • Any legal agreements must be reviewed and signed by Peter Lane Studios directly.

Online printing

Online galleries, store and printing services are an external service, provided by Pic-Time.

NOTE: Most of the print products come from your country of origin. If you see different country provider and currency this is either because the local vendors don’t offer the product/size/option or the price abroad is significantly better incl.
